Hi. We have set up a site on one of our web servers, which among other things, allows our client to send emails to their own clients. In testing using our own domain in the "From" field of the email construction, it all works well but there is a problem.
The emails need to appear to come from our client, who's own mail server is elsewhere and I assume have a reverse DNS set up for it. As you might imagine, if we use our client's email address in the "From" field, then it is blocked as spam by most mail servers.
I fully understand why anti-spam measures would reject these emails but of course, it creates a problem for developers such as us.
Can anyone suggest an approach we could take?
Thank you.
