This thread provides setup information for configuring your MX Records and connecting to desktop mail clients.

Confirgure your MX Records to Point to our servers
Test and Distribute Login Information to your users
Communicater a "cutover" time and date to us when you will begin using the FlexBox Hosted Email Services
These will be provided to you by support in the Welcome email. If you need the MX Records, please contact your account representative or support representative.

User Login URL:
Admin Login URL:
Username: (these are the same as what you provide to us in the setup spreadsheet)
Password: these will be provided to you 
You will not lose mail during the migration and setup process. Your email will pass through our system to your old system until you are ready to shut off your old email system. The date and time you choose to permanently stop using your old email system is what we refer to as the "cutover date". Please let us know when you will switch, or cutover, from your old system to FlexBox. This will be a minimum of 24 hours after you have changed MX Records.
You have several options for how your users will access and use FlexBox. The table below shows your choices.   

Method: FlexBox WebMail
Advantages: Free, and more features than Outlook. Synchronize folders, contacts, calendars
Disadvantages: Not Available Offline (e.g. on an airplane)
Protocols: Any Web browser

Method: Outlook 2003
Advantages:Available offline, Familiar, Synchronize folders, contacts, calendars
Disadvantages: Not free
Protocols: Easy to install secure connector.

Method: Outlook Express
Advantages: Free & Familiar
Disadvantages: Less features than Outlook or Web Access
Protocols: POP/SMTP

Method: Other Mail Clients
Protocols: POP/SMTP/IMAP
Note:  We support IMAP, but don?t recommend it for users that aren?t sure if they want to use it or not.

 If you are setting up a mail client or mobile device for email, here are the server settings you will need:

Username:  (use your email address)

Password:  (We will provide this to you)

Webmail client:

Administrative Access:

Incoming mail server (http/POP/IMAP):

Outgoing SMTP server:
(This requires authentication)

If you setup a DNS record of to point to then you can go to and login with just username and password.
Administrator Tools (note: you must be logged into for these links to work)These tools can also be downloaded from the downloads tab of the FlexBox Administrator console just above the logout tab. To use the Outlook Connector tool for Outlook 2003 clients, follow these easy steps:

Download the instructions: ... Wizard.pdf

Download the Import Wizard: ... GA_731.exe 

Before importing PST files, we advise that you clean the PST files with this tool: ... 01033.aspx 

Run the import wizard

Enter information as provided in the attached screenshotTo migrate user data from an existing Microsoft Exchange server download the Exchange Migration Wizard ... GA_731.exe
