If you're not running a mail server on that IP Address, it's very likely that it was previously used by someone to send spam, or possibly the entire range of IP Addresses at the provider is blocked. Additionally, unless that IP Address is part of the email system you're using, being blacklisted should have no effect on your day to day operations.
