My ISP is Atlantic Broadband. My "outgoing" email has been blocked since June 18th. I use Eudora. After doing virus scans, I was told the block would be taken off and so far, it has not.
So far, I have done a virus scan on 4 pc's, ame up with a couple on two of them. I got that taken care of, then I was told I was blacklisted and it was released on the ABB side and I have to release it on my end. I'm at a loss as how to do it. I was sent this toolbox, but just don't know how to go about it. Can you help?
